We offer a choice of Sheffield student houses and flats that can accommodate from 1 to 16 people. The vast majority of our Sheffield properties are in the S11/Ecclesall area, but we also have properties in S10/ Broomhall, S10/ Crookesmoor and S2/ City Centre areas. Claypenny Properties is a reputable family run business that over the years has gained experience in the provision of student accommodation. Claypenny now provides accommodation to over 550 Sheffield students.
